All-inclusive Car Hire
What's included?

All taxes & delivery fees
All taxes, airport taxes and delivery charges are included in our rates. These taxes include VAT and all airport service charges 24 hours daily at Faro Airport. No matter how late your flight arrives, there are no nasty surprises.

All vehicle insurances
You have all the usual insurance coverage like CDW (collision damage waiver), TW (theft waiver), Personal Insurance, Bail Bond etc. The difference is that there is no excess so nothing to pay in the event of an accident! Our insurance is simply zero-deductable. You have no responsability in the event of damage!

No Credit Card deposit against damage!
When you collect your car there's no need to leave any kind of credit card deposit against vehicle damage. You will be asked to pay by credit card on arrival as a security measure against vehicle theft but in the event of an accident this is not deductable for bodywork damage.

Free extra driver
Our prices include 1 free extra driver for all rentals. All drivers must be aged 23 years or more and have their original licences (no endorsements or photocopies or DVLA certificates) present on collection of the vehicle. If you require even more drivers, these may be contracted on collection at 15 Euros per rental.

Free child seats
Child seats and buster seats are free of charge and must be prebooked at the time of making your reservation.

What's not included?

Fuel
The fuel used during the rental is not included in our rates.
We have two options you can choose from:
1. On collection, the car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel against a credit card deposit and you will be asked to return the car with a full tank in order to recover your deposit.
2. Express drop off
On collection the car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and you can drop it off with the tank empty. Opting for the Express drop off you will pay: 40 Euros on cars group A, B, C, D, I or 50 Euros on cars group E, F, G, H

Even more extra drivers
Our rates include 1 additional driver free of charge. More drivers are charged at 15 Euros per rental period.

Cross border insurance
Our rates include the insurance to drive in Portugal. If you want to drive out of portuguese border you have to pay the special insurance which costs 30 Euros.

Lost car keys
Car keys are "chip-coded" affairs these days and are both timely and costly to replace. If you hapen to lose your car key we will charge you EUR 200,00 (apprx £ 125.00) to replace it + any transport costs associated in connecting you and the new key. You may opt to replace the key personally at the manufacturers rates locally if you prefer to do so. Please take good care of the key!

Traffic fines
Traffic penalties for speeding or other infractions like parking tickets are not included in our prices.

Tyres & glass
All car rental companies hold their customers responsible for damage to the cars tyres and glass during the hire period. Please don't park up the vehicle with personal objects inside which is simply too darned attractive to thiefs.
